Microsoft 365 and Windows licences
We protect, patch and back up your systems, but Microsoft 365 and Windows licences are not part of the £50 and are paid for separately.
Managed IT, security and support
Yes, you read that correctly…
Everything your team needs to stay working and protected, for one fixed price. No tiers, no bundles and no surprises.
No obligation. Your price confirmed in writing.
One price for every business, with 10% off for registered charities. 12-month rolling agreement and no setup fee. Microsoft 365 and Windows licences are not included.
The security, support and protection that most businesses buy from several different suppliers are all part of your £50. One team looks after the lot, and there is one invoice to pay.
Phone, email or portal. People who know your business answer, fix the problem and see it through to the end.
IncludedEndpoint detection and response with real people hunting threats on your devices around the clock. Far beyond antivirus.
IncludedStolen passwords and suspicious sign-ins to Microsoft 365 are spotted and shut down before they turn into a breach.
IncludedWindows and application updates are applied on a schedule and tested first, so known weaknesses are closed before attackers use them.
IncludedYour email, files and data are backed up automatically. A deleted folder or a ransomware attack becomes a restore, not a disaster.
IncludedStrong, unique passwords for every account, kept securely and filled in for you. No reuse and no sticky notes.
IncludedRegular training that teaches your team to spot scam emails, so the people most often targeted become your best defence.
IncludedEvery email leaves your business with the same polished, up-to-date signature. Change it once and it changes for everyone.
IncludedA clear report every month showing what we have done, what we have stopped and what needs your attention.
IncludedNothing to switch on. Nothing to add up. Every one of these is covered for every user, from day one.
Buying security, backup, support and training one tool at a time means more contracts, more invoices and more gaps. Here is the difference.
| Topic | Buying it all separately | With Cloud1st |
|---|---|---|
| Suppliers | Many, each with their own contract and renewal date | One team under one agreement |
| Invoices | A different one for every tool, every month | One simple monthly invoice |
| When something goes wrong | Work out which supplier to ring, then wait in their queue | One number, and engineers who already know your setup |
| Security | Separate tools that were never designed to work together | Protection that works together, watched 24/7 |
| What it costs | Prices and renewals that move at different times | £50 per user, every month |
These are paid for separately, which keeps the monthly price simple. Equipment and projects are always quoted, and you approve them before anything is ordered.

Laptops, screens, network kit and other hardware are quoted before you order, so you know the price first.
Office moves, migrations and rollouts are scoped and priced on their own. You approve the cost before we begin.
The £50 covers what most businesses need. These extras can be added to your agreement at any time, and we will give you a price for each.
